- Managed strategic relationships with Microsoft and Dell.
- Used GDI+ to design and built a custom data mapping and transformation tool that employed custom owner drawn controls.

- Worked on a number of different systems and business units within WebMD.
- Maintained and built claims billing systems that were responsible for billing $30-$40 million per month.
- Discovered a bug that was costing the company $3 million per year in revenue due to under billing. Implemented the fix and communicated the issue to the senior management.
- Collaborated with executive level staff in Sales, Finance, and Contracts departments to design and build a new billing system based in Oracle.
- Designed and developed a host of internal applications:
- Change Management System (ASP, COM+ in VB, SQL 2000)
- Time and Cost Tracking System (C#, ASP.NET, SQL 2000)
- Authentication Web Service (C#, SQL 2000, SOAP)
- Web Based Mail (C#, ASP.NET, Interop Services, Exchange 2000, Active Directory)
- Common Toolkit (ADO.NET wrappers, Dynamic Graphing using GDI+, written in C# and used throughout my .NET projects)
- Was selected and served on the companies technology steering committee.
